INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP

Practitioner – $45 Annually
For active government employees who work with, supervise or are employed by an entity that uses inmates in a public or privately operated correctional industry, and who support and subscribe to the purposes of NCIA. Practitioner members have voting privileges, and can run for any at-large seat on the Board of Directors (officers must be active CI managers: government or quasi-government).
Additional benefits include:

  • 1 e-copy of NCIA’s Quarterly Newsletter (hard copy if member does not have email)
  • Name/email address entry in NCIA’s list serve
  • Membership certificate, card and pin
  • Member discounts (training, website, products, services)

Individual Associate – $45 Annually
For non correctional industries personnel, such as those in non-profit or government sectors. This category does not apply to those in private sector, for-profit.
Benefits include:

  • 1 e-copy of NCIA’s Quarterly Newsletter (hard copy if member does not have email)
  • Name/email address entry in NCIA’s list serve
  • Membership certificate, card and pin
  • Member discounts (training, website, products, services)

Retiree – $35 Annually
For individuals retired from employment by an entity that uses inmates in a public or privately operated correctional industry, or retired as a vendor selling to such entity and supports the purpose for which the coporation was formed. For individuals no longer actively engaged in work associated with correctional industries such as a vendor, consultant or contractor.

  • Membership certificate, card and pin

Student – $25 annually
For students enrolled in an institution of higher learning or corrections academy who are supportive of NCIA and its goals.
