As the only national training conference specifically designed for Correctional Industries professionals, being a sponsor will provide maximum visibility and exposure for your organization! We offer four sponsorship levels and can customize a sponsorship package to your budget and needs. All sponsorships qualify your company for State Date, an experience where sponsors meet with state Correctional Industry representatives to discuss products, services, projects, or other matters. Being a Gold Sponsor is the top tier and creates the most exposure for your organization. To qualify for the Gold sponsorship, your company must spend $8,000 or more on sponsorships. You can choose one of the sponsorships in the gold level below or a combination of other sponsorships that add up to $8,000 or more.

What is State Date
Want face-to-face time with your target audience? State Date is where NCIA arranges short sit-downs with several representatives from states of your choice. During State Date, you will rotate to a new table every few minutes to speak to a representative at another state. This allows you to meet, provide information, and develop contacts with several states. This valuable opportunity is exclusively available for exhibitors who sponsor or are current corporate plus members.

Being a Silver Sponsor creates exposure for your organization throughout the conference. To qualify for the Silver sponsorship, your company must spend $4,000 or more on sponsorships. KEYNOTE SPEAKER CO-SPONSOR $2,750
Gain direct exposure to conference attendees when they arrive at NCIA 2023 by sponsoring the Opening Session Keynoter. An executive of the sponsoring companies is invited to sit at the head table along with other dignitaries and will be announced from the podium by the moderator as the event’s sponsor.

Each year NCIA will create a collectible item to be given to all attendees. This official collectible item might be a water bottle, notebook, or another item for conference attendees.
