NCIA conference attendees can make their hotel reservations online no later than April 2, 2024 in order to get the discounted conference rate of $164 plus 17% tax/night. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit guaranteed with a major credit card.
Reservations must be made by April 2, 2024, in order to receive the NCIA Group Rate. After this date, rooms may not be available at the reduced rate, so you are strongly encouraged to make your room reservations early. Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first served basis.
Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.

Airport Rental Car

Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW): Follow the Rental Car signs to the designated pick-up area on the lower level of the terminal. From there, board the Rental Car shuttle bus. Buses run 24 hours a day, depart every 10-15 minutes and reach the Rental Car Center in approximately 10 minutes. Dallas Love Field: Numerous rental car companies operate at Dallas Love Field. Each has a counter in the hallway leading to baggage claim, as well as shuttles that pick up and drop off customers on the transportation lower level. Rideshare Services: Uber & Lyft
Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW): Look for Passenger Pickup signs outside of Baggage Claim on the Arrivals Level. All Ubers pick up there. Send the driver a quick message saying which door you have exited (they are marked on a pillar outside of each door).
