Certified Correctional Industries Supervisor Training (CCIS)

NCIA is proud to introduce the Certified Correctional Industries Supervisor Training, a 9-module, self-paced virtual certification program designed to strengthen leadership across all CI disciplines. This is the first certification training specifically designed for CI professionals!
 

  • Cost: $50 (includes course materials and certification test)​

  • Certification: Valid for 2 years upon completion

  • Format: Self-paced, approximately 12 hours to complete all 9 modules

  • Focus: CI Best Practices, designed for supervisors in any CI role (open to all participants)​
     

Important Notes:​​

  • All registrants must complete the course within 120 days of starting

  • Participants will receive a certificate upon completion of the course

  • Online registration is for credit card payments only

Certified Correctional Industries Manager (CCI-M)
in partnership with the American Correctional Association (ACA)

A professional certification for federal, state, county and international Correctional Industries professionals. CCI-M certification is a critical credential designated for correctional professionals overseeing the incarcerated workforce in correctional facilities, focusing on efficient cost-effective manufacturing practices while also preparing incarcerated individuals for successful reintegration into society. The exam assesses a leader’s knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, plant production planning, material and inventory control, and reentry strategies.
