Complimentary Conference Registrations

Each booth includes two complimentary full‑conference registrations (Awards Banquet tickets not included).

• 1 booth = 2 registrations

• 2 booths = 4 registrations

• 3 booths = 6 registrations

Additional booth staff beyond the included two per booth are $120 per person (banquet tickets not included).

Complimentary Attendee Lists​

• Exhibitors receive two complimentary attendee lists:

• Pre‑registration list: sent 2–3 weeks before the conference

• Post‑show list: sent about one week after the conference

• You can also view attendees through the NCIA Conference App, typically available in the Apple and Google app stores one month before the event.

Complimentary Program Book Listing

• Exhibitors receive one complimentary company listing in the NCIA 2026 Program Book. This is a brief, 50‑word description that highlights your organization, showcases key products or services, or shares anything you’d like featured in our Conference Program Book.

• Must be registered by January 8, 2027 to be included.

Vendor Spotlight Event Opportunity 

• Exhibitors may take part in a brief, one‑minute presentation during the morning coffee and refreshments. This session begins at 9:00 AM, ahead of the Exhibit Hall opening at 9:45 AM, and falls during a non‑compete period—so attendance is consistently strong. It’s a valuable opportunity to get your organization in front of attendees before the Exhibit Hall opens!
