The California Correctional Training and Rehabilitation Authority (CALCTRA) is a self-supporting state agency. CALCTRA operates over 100 manufacturing, service, and consumable factories at all 34 California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation institutions. CALCTRA provides productive work assignments for approximately 6,500 offenders and offers 134 nationally accredited certifications.
